The AutoI approach for the orchestration of autonomic networks

چکیده
Existing services require assurable endto-end quality of service, security and reliability constraints. Therefore, the networks involved in the transport of the data must cooperate to satisfy those constraints. In a next generation Internet, each of those networks may be managed by different entities. Furthermore, their policies and service level agreements (SLAs) will differ, as well as the autonomic management systems controlling them. In this context, we in the Autonomic Internet (AutoI) consortium propose the Orchestration Plane (OP), which promotes the interaction among different Autonomic Management Systems (AMSs). The OP mediates the communication and negotiation among AMSs, ensuring that their SLAs D. F. Macedo (B) · Z. Movahedi · G. It also simplifies the federation of domains and the distribution of new services in virtualised network environments.

Ad-Hoc Coordination and Query Execution Plan
Next-generation Information Systems will integrate large amounts of heterogeneous data sources located on distributed networks like the Internet. We present a peerto-peer autonomic environment in which any participating government site can request or serve data, and must engage in a collaborative effort aimed at satisfying the requests for data and services associated with the queries posed by ...
متن کاملA Novel Approach for Detecting Relationships in Social Networks Using Cellular Automata Based Graph Coloring
All the social networks can be modeled as a graph, where each roles as vertex and each relationroles as an edge. The graph can be show as G = [V;E], where V is the set of vertices and E is theset of edges. All social networks can be segmented to K groups, where there are members in eachgroup with same features. In each group each person knows other individuals and is in touch ...
متن کاملJOpera: Autonomic Service Orchestration
The increasing interest in new software engineering technologies for application integration such as Service Oriented Computing and Service Orchestration has resulted in a proliferation of workflow management systems as the underlying representation and execution platform for service composition [7]. Workflow management system are also being applied to new domains (e.g., virtual scientific labo...
متن کاملManageability of Future Internet Virtual Networks from a Practical Viewpoint
The Autonomic Internet project [1] approach relies on abstractions and distributed systems of a five plane solution for the provision of Future Internet Services (OSKMV): Orchestration, Service Enablers, Knowledge, Management and Virtualisation Planes. This paper presents a practical viewpoint of the manageability of virtual networks, exercising the components and systems that integrate this ap...
متن کاملOptimal Design of the Cross-docking in Distribution Networks: Heuristic Solution Approach
A design problem of cross-docking distribution networks is addressed as a new research area in logistics management. This paper presents a new mathematical model for the location of cross-docking facilities and vehicle routing scheduling problems in distribution networks. For this purpose, a two-phase mixed-integer programming (MIP) is formulated. Then, a new heuristic-based simulated annealing...
